World Enough, and Time

I love the quote "Live always, my friend, as if you had world enough and time."   It is probably a bastardization of this poem, but I once did a cross stitch for Phil's dad that had this quote, and I still love it.

The problem, generally is that these days I have world enough, but not so much on the time.  Which is why some of these things drive me crazy.

Free Rice.com - I am a freak for a good challenge.  On Andra's field trips I have to do everything I can not to answer when the docents ask the kids a question - because duh!   I know the answer!  Pick me!  Freerice.com - a total vocabulary bonanza where you "give" rice to the hungry.   I could stay there all day except I have a job.

And now THIS.  You create your own Band and Album cover.  Andra once wrote me a note that said "one thing I love about you is that there is nothing you can't do."  Well, sweet one, this one almost stopped me.  I could barely figure it out.  But I did.  With Andra's help. So here are our groovy album covers - as if I have time to be doing this:

Andra's Cover (her band name is an antibiotic...):

Grace's cover:

And finally, mine - which according to Andra I CHEATED on, since I shopped a little instead of leaving it to the fates:

I think I rose and fell and ended the last time (because I have a job - back to that) at 44? I will have to go again and see for sure...

If you right click on the Flikr picture, you should be able to save it as a .jpg. Then if you open the .jpg with your photo editor (if you don't know what you have I think you can go through Explorer and it will open in your default photo editor).

Then find the Effects for "add text" and go from there. I wasn't able to get as crafty as Jennie, but it was still fun.

      Good luck!
