2. Two.

Tonight, as we wanted to run songs on the jukebox at Waffle House, I had to borrow money from Grace for the second time this week.  Responsible parenting at its finest.

And yes, you heard me right, we had dinner at Waffle House on the eve of Thanksgiving.

For the first time in a long time, we have no guests coming tomorrow.  We have no prep work, no cleaning, no cooking to do.  Andra is out of sorts.  She just doesn't understand.  And while I am excited to just play all day long, I think this will have to be the last time we have no guests.  After so many years of being "the" place for the holidays, my girls have come to associate the holidyas with extra people.

So we will enjoy tomorrow - we're planning on steak and asparagus.  Nary a turkey in sight.  For dessert?  No pie - just marshmallows and s'mores in the new fire pit.

We are pulling down years of tradition - I will let you know how it goes.
