Chapter 1 – Believe
This is where my story starts. By the fire, roasting marshmallows. After that it is almost time for bed… Suddenly, I see a little shadow! I was frightened! I went straight to bed after what I saw. I told my friend Melanie. She said, “You are probably just seeing things. Besides, it’s dark out.” After Melanie was fast asleep, I saw something rubbing against the tent. I also saw something light up. It started creeping and creeping towards the inside of the tent. I tried to go to sleep, but I felt someone whisper in my ear “Believe” and there was an echo. I opened my eyes. I was startled. It was a fairy!!! She tugged on my ear and I said, “I believe!” She tugged on my finger. I stood up. She said, “Quickly, get clothes and shoes” and then she paused and said, “Most importantly, bring your imagination.” I did what she said and got out of the tent and ran and ran through the forest. I thought it was a dream, but it wasn’t. It was the biggest imaginations of the world. After a couple minutes, I saw the moon. It was beautiful. I saw a ladder. The fairy flew up while I climbed. Up and up we went and before long, I was in the Secret City!
Chapter 2 – What is the Secret City?
What did I see? In the Secret City I saw fairies, leprechauns, unicorns and other medieval creatures. Suddenly, I saw the same shadow! I asked the fairy, “Who is that?” “That’s Hector, he’s always getting into trouble in Secret City.” I said, “I am going to go help him.” The fairy said, “Okay, it’s your choice.” I walked up to him and some guards. I said, “Is there a problem?” One of the guards said, “I suggest you just leave Ma’am.” “How can I leave where there are problems?” I said. “I will loan him some money for whatever he did.” The guard said, “Just give us one dollar, human money is worth a million.” The guards ran away. The little guy hugged me. I was delighted. He said, “Where are my manners? My name is Hector.” I acted like I didn’t already know. I said, “My name is Abigail.” “What a wonderful name.” he said. “Here comes with Zena! Bow down!” “Why would I bow down to her?” I asked. “Because if you don’t, somehow you will become a goblin and her servant.” I quickly got on my knees and bowed down. The goblins gave you chocolate, and you had to say, “Bless you.” After she was gone, he said, “Sometimes, I try to find a way to get rid of her. But it just doesn’t happen.” “Hector!” I said in excitement, “I am the best at ideas and getting in to them!” “That’s perfect!” he said, “Because I am the best trickier!”
Chapter 3 – The Idea
“I’ve got it!” I said. “Witches can’t touch water, right?” “Well, yes, and I’ve got invisible spray. That is how I became a shadow.” Hector said. “Okay, we’ll put water in her carriage and make it invisible.” He said, “Perfect. I’ll get three buckets of water.”
Chapter 4 – The Crime Scene
At night when everyone was asleep, the crime scene started. I filled all the carriages around the castle with water and sprayed them until they were invisible. The next morning, it was in the paper. Witch Zena was dead! I had to leave that day, but there is one thing I will remember it by. When I go camping, I whisper to myself, “Hector!”

Keep up the good work, Andra. I see an author in the works!
