Fair Warning

I am getting ready to do the annual Christmas letter, so consider this fair warning.  For those of you not on the regular list for whatever reason (I assure you it is not because I don't ADORE you as a loyal reader) if you would like to be added to the list, either email me at my regular place, or leave a comment with your first name and I will get your particulars and add you.

I am certainly not hoping to be as popular as the past poet laureate Ted Kooser, who writes a Valentines poem each year and mails it out to no less than 2500 women, but I didn't want to exclude any of my regular readers.

I am off to Nevada, where the weather looks like this:

To me that say sunny and warm.  To wunderground weather, that says a high of 21 and a low of -8.  One word for you - l a y e r s.

Jenine - stay warm in Nevada. Those are pretty nice temps. Today it was a high of 17 degrees and tonight it is predicted to be a low of -12 degrees. Who knows what it is with the wind chill as the wind is howling and the snow is blowing like crazy. My horse has icicles on her chin!
