Parenting & Princess
First of all, I apologize for the errors in my last posting. I got some May Day head cold and I am less than myself.
Today I still feel bad, and I feel even worse for my near criminal parenting, which consequently is entirely rationalized because I feel bad. When I feel bad I pretty much let the girls have the run of the house (even more than usual) then I yell at them for whatever they did while I was not supervising them. So I figured we would end the day with a feeble attempt at cool parenting. We drove through McDonalds, got 6 cheeseburgers, and went to Gates Pass to watch the sunset. They proceeded to eat their fat patties, but we were so late that instead of getting the seats that watch the sunset, we took seats that watch the other people who got seats to watch the sunset. The girls then proceeded to make a collection of rusty nails and glass shards, and then Andra went off rock climbing completely out of my sight. We then went to Dairy Queen for some frozen fun, and now we are home for more TV. You can submit your nominations for mother of year any time. Hey, they look happy, don't they?

On a positive note, we did check the kitty for a micro chip and she doesn't have one, so we posted on www.found-pets.org, because someone has to be missing this cat - she is the sweetest thing. Not that I am going to like her. So far, she answers to Princess, Sugar Cup, Kitty, Here Girl, Sweetie Pie and pretty much everything else. I guess we'll see if she wants to stay - at one point in the day she was meowing and Grace gave her a big hug and whispered in her ear "I know, this is a crazy house, Princess".
