I have been craving exercise lately, almost enough to actually do some.  And Phil has been an inspiration, because if you haven't seen him, he is going through a metamorphosis.  He hired a personal trainer, and the man is making it happen.  I wanted to take a picture of his bicep because it is unbelievable, but since he is so shy, he won't let me.  I will keep trying for your sake - I wonder if I can get him to flex in his sleep?

In any case, yesterday at the grocery store I saw a woman wearing ankle weights.  I am all about multitasking, but really, as much as I have been craving exercise, I don't want it that bad. 

I was inspired a little by the ankle weight lady wanting it that bad, though.  So I set up the trampoline in front of the picture windows and ran for 5 minutes.  I was really hoping Michelle (the neighbor) would drive by, because I know she spies on me.  I am sure she would be surprised and a little perplexed by my behavior, and it wouldn't be the first time she called to say "I just drove by, what are you doing with those crazy arm motions?"  Maybe if I make a fool of myself for the neighborhood enough times, I can work up to ankle weights at the grocery store.  And then again,  maybe not.
