Happy Easter to you all, we hope you enjoyed the day.

The girls got new Easter dresses.

   

We all got new shoes (all the girls anyway).



We went to church and then had dinner with family.  We ate ham, funeral potatoes and salad.  I was introduced to funeral potatoes by my friend Greg and I like them.  So I made them (remember, that is how it works in my kitchen).  My mother in law did mention that perhaps funeral potatoes were counter-Easter, but we decided to just move forward in the interest of cheesy potatoes.

Andra made dessert (as yet unnamed by her) that consists of vanilla ice cream, Hershey's strawberry syrup, and 2 maraschino cherries with a splash of cherry juice. 

It was all good.
