Step on a Crack
Have you ever tried to walk through your house without stepping on a single grout line? If you haven't you should try it, it will be good practice in case you come over here. That's how we will be doing things from now on at our house. I caught Phil standing on a grout line in the kitchen yesterday, without protective foot coverings, and lets just say it wasn't pretty.
Since Phil had nothing on his feet to protect them, what were you afaid of? Maybe the grout line has a piece of broken glass in it and you are afraid Phil will be injured or maybe Phil has athletes feet and you don't want your grout lines infected???? This was "tongue in cheek" of course.

Yea, I was really more worried about protecting the grout from Phil's foot than the other way around...
